Day 3 of my fitness journey

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ and hello... Had lotsa foodies today. Breakfast with oat at 6:30am and half boiled egg at 8am anddd with milo of course. I need that for my milk supply. 
Lunch and dinner i had rice and fish. As usual my apple and daun pegaga at 9pm. After our 30mins bike ride sekampung musin. 
This is silly me in the morning while waiting for my 10am class.
