Yesterday training was the hardest!! So called high intensity cardio workout last night. Heart was pounding like crazy... Energy usage might be more that 85%.
I had to keep my pace because i felt gulty after having kfc zinger burger for lunch. Ya yaa guilty as charged! 😐
