Day 15: my fitness Journey!

My FJ for day 15. I ate 2 half boiled egg for breakfast. Lunch i had kolo mee and for dinner i had rice with chicken. Rich food haa. 
Today we did lower abdomen workout. Painful knee after the workout. Energy usage maybe uo to 85-90%. Oh yaaa need to put this down... My weight decrease 1.5kg in 15days... Yay syukur.. Congrats me!! Okay... Tiring. Now am too sleepy.

Day 11 of my fitness journey!!

The Hello peeps!! 
Seminggu sik molah  blog. Amyways good morningg ... Just to let u know my weight decrease almost a kg for a week. Okayyy lahhhhh right? Hehe 
Yesterday training was the hardest!! So called high intensity cardio workout last night. Heart was pounding like crazy... Energy usage might be more that 85%. 
I had to keep my pace because i felt gulty after having kfc zinger burger for lunch. Ya yaa guilty as charged! 😐
Now i realise my face is not symmetry. Doesnt matter.. Thank Allah swt for everything.

Day 5: fitness journey 🍏

IOWhat a day! 
I had 2 half boiled egg and milo for morning. Rice and fish curry and fried beansprout. Oh ya i also had "telur padi" in the morning. 
Evening at Aliff's "akad nikah" i had fried mee hoon. Roti canai.. 😭😭😭😭 i felt soo guilty now... At 6:30pm i had 3 pieces of pisang cheese during our SRSC meeting.  πŸ˜­πŸ˜­πŸ˜­ 😡😩. It's our organization's club that someone voted me as one of the comittee huhu. 
I need to burn burn burn!!!! 

Okayy managed to workout for 40minutes while waiting to fetch Papan from tuition. Andddd.... Another green apple blended with daun pegaga at 10pm. Latee huh!

Day 4: muo fitness journey

Hello peeps!! 
Today i had oat and milo for breakfast. While lunch i had 2 red apples and  a 410ml of 100% cold press juice from Pure Juice. After that nap for 20mins. 
When i got back home.. I felt so hungry and ate nutella and jacobs and also tuna and jacobs o-o... Bad food for me. Bad tummy!!! 
It's okay... To cover back i went for our weekly cardio workout for 60mins and had burn 500kCalories ( hopefully lahh). And of course as a breasfeeding mom... Another 200kCalories burn. Thank you baby Mia. 
*smile* toodle-doo guys... I'll be back tomorrow... Ciao!

Day 3 of my fitness journey

Ψ§Ω„Ψ³َّΩ„Ψ§َΩ…ُ ΨΉَΩ„َيْΩƒُΩ…ْ وَΨ±َΨ­ْΩ…َΨ©ُ Ψ§Ω„Ω„Ω‡ِ وَΨ¨َΨ±َΩƒَΨ§ΨͺُΩ‡ُ and hello... Had lotsa foodies today. Breakfast with oat at 6:30am and half boiled egg at 8am anddd with milo of course. I need that for my milk supply. 
Lunch and dinner i had rice and fish. As usual my apple and daun pegaga at 9pm. After our 30mins bike ride sekampung musin. 
This is silly me in the morning while waiting for my 10am class.

Day 2 of my #iwillsurvivechallenge Fitness Journey


Day 2 menu: 
Not much of clean foodie today. Because i had ice cream after lunch ngeeeee

Green apple, daun pegaga, banana and half of strawberry 🍏🍭

Blended with love and walaaa.... Full & Heavily fruity juice for dinner. 

Need to exercise to rid of the excess baggage of the day!! 
Loukong and i went for a bicycle ride ... Managed to ride 2 loops before the heavy rain. Okayyy laaaaa daripada nadai nakk?!
